Payments for OverseerFM farm account subscriptions are made by credit card or online banking (POLi) in OverseerFM.
To pay, from your dashboards click on the red $ Pay for Subscription on the farm account you want to pay for:
Alternatively, you will find the same $ Pay for Subscription on the farm account homepage:
Clicking on these will open the subscription payment modal - This gives you the option to pay by Credit card or POLi (online banking).
When you click POLI - it will take you through to where you can choose your bank. Its a secure system.
Or if you choose to pay by credit card, first you can select if you wish to save your credit card details within the Paystation secure system for future use. If you select yes, your subscription will auto-renew every 12 months.
OverseerFM uses a secure platform, Paystation, to undertake all credit card and POLi transactions.
Your payment details have the security offered by Paystation, a fully PCI DSS compliant certified Solutions Provider.
Once you have paid - you will receive an invoice. You can also find your invoices in the drop down menu on the top right hand corner of OverseerFM, click on 'My payment transactions'.
Saved Credit card details can also be managed from the drop down menu under the 'Saved Cards' section.
