Responding to user requests, auto renewal is now an option for paying subscriptions.
To setup auto-renewal, users should select the farm account they wish to pay for, and then select Credit Card payment as normal.
(Organisations which are setup to pay by invoice can also now utilise this feature - farm accounts will ONLY auto-renew if sufficient funds are in the organisations OverseerFM account):
The following screen will then ask if you wish to save the credit card details for auto-renewal:
If you select Yes, card details will be encrypted and securely held by Paystation, our 3rd party payment provider. Overseer Limited will not have access to your credit card details.
You are also reminded on the payment screen, that this card will be saved for your future use:
Having selected Yes, for auto renewal earlier, you will then be asked to nominate which farm accounts you wish to auto-renew. Users with access to multiple accounts can select multiple farms at this stage:
Seven days prior to a subscription being due an email will be sent to the last person who paid and set up the auto renewal for the farm. It will advise that the subscription is due to auto-renew and that the cost will be debited from the saved credit card. Payment will be debited from the saved credit card within 36 hours from the date the payment is due.
Saved Credit card details can be managed by the user your profile drop down menu in the top right hand corner of the OverseerFM screen. This takes you to a new "Billing" section of your organisation page, where credit cards and farm auto-renewals can be managed:
