OverseerFM is an online subscription service. Subscription payments are used to maintain and improve the Overseer model and software to keep delivering a unique nutrient budgeting software service.
As such, automated reminders regarding subscription payments are built into the software - without subscribers there can be no software service. However, we understand that some users may wish to opt out from subscription reminders (for example if your dairy company pays the subscription on your behalf).
Subscription reminders can be managed from the Farm Access screen - accessible from the farm account homepage - for example:
By clicking on the "Manage Access" button, you will open the Farm access screen - where the subscription reminders toggle is highlighted:
These default to ONLY users with Farm account Owner access receiving subscription reminders.
However, if a change is made to the settings - for example, the consultant takes responsibility for subscription payments and Selects On for them - this will then set the Owner to NOT receive the subscription reminder emails, e.g.
Users can login and change this setting at anytime.
