Overseer Release version 6.4.2 (model updates + dairy goats)

We released an updated version of Overseer on 20th December 2021. 

OverseerFM model release 6.4.2 addresses defects in model implementation identified by feedback from our users.

It also implements changes to specific parameters, reviewed and recommended by subject matter experts, that improve representation of dairy goats in the Overseer model based on the latest information available.
