Overseer release version 6.4.0 (updated climate data)

We released a version update to OverseerFM that includes changes that effect results on 28 July 2021. 

Version 6.4.0 includes an updated NIWA climate database that provides monthly average climate data from 1991-2020. This is updated from the 1981-2010 annual database.

Changes have also been made to the data entry options. Now all farms must be located to use the appropriate climate data for the farm.  Many farms are already located, with blocks drawn.  If the block does not have a location, the location of the farm will be used. Where farms do not have a location, the model will not run until a location is set. Locations can be set in the Farm Settings.

Locating the farm ensures that each analysis is using the best representation of climate for the farm.
