How do I accept access requests?

If you are a registered user with OverseerFM:

If you have registered a user account with Overseer and have previously accepted "ownership" of your OverseerFM farm account then there are three ways you can accept an access request:

1. By email: Accept (or decline) by clicking on the button in your email

 

2. Log in to OverseerFM and accept the request from your user dashboard by clicking on the "Respond" button under the orange Actions Required section:

 

3. Log in to OverseerFM, navigate to the Farm access section of your Farm Account dashboard:

If you have not registered with OverseerFM:

If you have not registered with OverseerFM and/or haven't accepted your invitation for ownership of your farm account yet then the email you receive will look slightly different and you will need to:

1. Register a user account with OverseerFM here: https://fm.overseer.org.nz/#/pub/register

2. Once you have verified your email address, log in to OverseerFM and accept ownership of your farm account

3. Once you are the registered "owner" you can accept the access request.
