Overseer Limited provides a range of services to support our users to make the most of OverseerFM including videos, user guides, FAQ’s and an online helpdesk.
Your starting point for Help should be the dropdown Help menu within OverseerFM:
From here you can switch on the "Quick Tips" - this makes "green boxes" appear on pages where additional "quick tips" are available to coach you through the use of the software.
Users can search for any topic in the Quick Search field and this will search the Knowledge base for relevant information, or click on the Knowledge Base link in any tab in OverseerFM and be taken to the overview article for that tab:
If you are a registered user of OverseerFM and you cannot find what you are looking for in our Knowledge base, you can submit a query to the online helpdesk. Queries will be responded to within 24 hours.
To submit a query, under the Help menu in the top right hand corner of your screen, select +Submit a helpdesk request. This will log your query against your user name.
OverseerFM is what is called "software as a service", as much as possible we try to provide all admin and support through the software. This is recognised as the best way of supporting a large group of users (over 9,000 as of June 2022) with a small team.
