These tricks can be useful for a range of different issues:
- Grey screen/ Blank screen
- Analysis not syncing or saving
- persistent request for email verification
- An unexpected error has occurred
- The drawing tools disappeared when created blocks
Option 1: Hard Refresh
Try pressing Ctrl+F5 (function F5) to hard refresh the screen.
Option 2: Log out and back in again
Log out of OverseerFM and close down all browsers. Reopen a browser and log into OverseerFM as usual.
Option 3: Clear site data
1. Open the develop tools in Chrome/Edge. There are two ways of doing this. Either
a. Press “F12” or;
b. Click the three vertical dots at the top right hand corner of the browser then on “More tools” then “Developer tools” – see below
2. Once the developer tools are open select the “Application” tab
3. Select the “Storage” item on the left hand side
4. Select the “Clear site data” button – see below
5. Log out of OverseerFM and close your browser. Then re-open and navigate back to the login page by entering the login url to the browser address bar - https://fm.overseer.org.nz/#/pub/login
Option 4: Clear browsing data
Then log out, close your browser, log in and try again.
