How do you set up a wintering barn with stalls, rubber mats and room to lie down?

There are 2 options, either use an uncovered wintering pad and select pad surface as inert, or a covered wintering barn and select no lining material is used to line the bunker. The choice depends on the effluent management system. If the area is scraped regularly, uncovered option is the better option.
