Using any website or software can sometimes be confusing, especially one like OverseerFM which we try to update regularly as user requests come in and new science is developed.
Your starting point for Help should be the dropdown menu within OverseerFM:
From here you can switch on the "Quick Tips" - this makes "green boxes" appear on pages where additional "quick tips" are available to coach you through the use of the software.
From that same drop down menu you can access the Help Articles in our Knowledgebase - like this article, you can either browse the Knowledgebase sections looking for what you need, or use the search function
You can also use that same dropdown within OverseerFM to click through and submit a request to our helpdesk, or manage your Helpdesk requests.
OverseerFM is what is called "software as a service", as much as possible we try to provide all admin and support through the software. This is recognised as the best way of supporting a large group of users (over 9,000 as of June 2022) with a small team.
