Overseer Limited provides a range of services to support our users to make the most of OverseerFM including videos, user guides, FAQ’s and an online helpdesk.
Users can search for any topic in the Quick Search field and this will search the knowledge base for relevant information, or click on the Knowledge Base link in any tab in OverseerFM and be taken to the overview article for that tab.
If you are a registered user of OverseerFM and you cannot find what you are looking for in our knowledge base, you can submit a query to the online helpdesk. Queries will be responded to within 24 hours.
To submit a query, select +Request Support on the top right hand corner of your Support screen. Using the +Request Support will log your query against your user name. You can also request a call back within this support function, provide your contact number and someone from the OverseerFM helpdesk will call you back.
Please note – the helpdesk does not provide confirmation of the correctness of specific farm analyses, but we can help you to understand how to use OverseerFM.
